Our goal is to continue growing alongside a dedicated team, always focusing on offering quality products at competitive prices with close customer service. **What are we looking for?** We are looking to incorporate a **Store Manager** for our store in **Rua das Flores, Porto**, with availability for **full\-time**, **from the 1st of December**. Previous experience in retail management, team leadership, and customer\-focused environments will be highly valued. A good level of English is also an advantage. **Main responsibilities** * Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer experience. * Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures. * Manage scheduling, task delegation, training, and performance follow\-up of the team. * Analyze store performance, and implement action plans to maximize profitability. * Ensure optimal stock levels, carry out inventory controls, and coordinate with logistics when needed. * Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with brand identity and guidelines. * Handle escalated customer inquiries and incidents, ensuring fast and effective resolution. * Guarantee proper cash handling, store opening and closing procedures, and operational accuracy. **What do we offer?** * Integration into a growing company with opportunities for professional development. * The chance to lead a motivated team within an expanding retail project. * A dynamic, collaborative, and supportive work environment. * Being part of a brand focused on creativity, innovation, and responsible fashion.
