We are recruiting a dynamic and organized Store Operator for a company experienced in the sports goods retail sector. * Customer service; * Cashier operations (financial transactions, payments, issuing invoices, receipts, etc); * Inventory control; * Stock replenishment; * Handling incoming calls; * Processing online sales. Requirements/Qualifications: * Minimum qualification: 12th grade education; * Good user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel; * Friendly, patient, and possessing strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers; * Organizational ability and effective work methods; * Pride in maintaining a tidy store and well-organized products to enhance the shopping experience; * Solid understanding of the sports products available in the store to provide accurate and relevant information to customers; * Ability to persuade and encourage customers to make purchases, as well as effectively handle objections; * Responsibility and proactivity; * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 13:00 to 20:00 and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 13:00.
