It recently opened on Rua da Picaria in Porto, and our mission is to offer locals and tourists a taste of the finest Portuguese products, blending tradition with modernity. We are looking for a **Bartender** passionate about hospitality, with bar service experience and a talent for creating memorable customer experiences, to join our team. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and serve cocktails, classic drinks, wines, beers, and other beverages according to established standards * Ensure warm, professional, and personalized customer service * Advise customers on the beverage menu and suggest pairings with menu dishes * Maintain proper organization, cleanliness, and upkeep of the bar area * Restock and monitor inventory levels of beverages, consumables, and bar supplies * Ensure preparation of necessary mise en place for each service * Comply with applicable SOPs and hygiene, food safety, and occupational safety regulations * Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure efficient and consistent service * Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the beverage offering and customer experience Profile * Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender or in bar service * Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers * Professional appearance, friendliness, and strong customer orientation * Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory) * French and/or Spanish are advantageous * Proactive, responsible profile with ability to work under pressure * Team spirit and excellent communication skills * Alignment with a demanding, collaborative, and excellence-focused culture We Offer * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Rotating shifts * Organized structure with defined procedures * Continuous training and opportunities for professional development * A solid project with a strong identity and clear vision **Work Location:** On-site Compensation: €1,100.00 per month Work Location: On-site
