Construction Supervisor (m/f) – Porto RiporticoApplus+, a leading national engineering consultancy specializing in Construction Management and Supervision, Safety Coordination, and the development of Studies and Projects, is seeking a Construction Supervisor to join its team in Porto for the renovation of the Strongroom at the Almeida Garrett Municipal Library. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise works under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with approved designs and the contractor’s work plans, as stipulated in the tender documents and applicable legislation. * Verify compliance with technical and material specifications outlined in the Project and Tender Documents regarding equipment and materials to be installed on site; * Participate in progress meetings with stakeholders, particularly with the specialist contractor and its subcontractors; * Conduct supervision of installations, tests, inspections, surveys, material and equipment assessments, commissioning activities, and any other actions related to electromechanical installations specified in the contract; * Maintain up-to-date and well-organized records of works, opinions, site visits, and inspections; **What We Are Looking For:** * Higher education degree in Civil Engineering, registered with the Portuguese Association of Civil Engineers (OEP). * Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar roles and on projects of comparable nature. * Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Dynamic, autonomous, and proactive profile. * Availability to start work in May 2025 and commit to a project lasting 210 days. * Valid driving license (mandatory). * Valid documentation permitting legal employment in Portugal.
