Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to oversee order execution at partner garment manufacturers, ensuring on-time delivery and quality for international fashion brands. Key Highlights: 1. Integration into a solid textile group with a growth strategy Crivedi Studio, based in Trofa, is a clothing production agency part of Grupo Adalberto. We connect international fashion brands with a network of manufacturers and seek a professional to closely monitor order execution at partner garment factories, ensuring adherence to delivery deadlines and the quality expected by end customers. Main Responsibilities * Monitor production pace at each garment factory, comparing actual progress against required dates to meet customer deadlines; * Anticipate on-site issues — material supply shortages, technical questions, capacity overload, quality deviations — and internally mobilize relevant departments for resolution; * Regularly visit garment factories assigned to your team, maintaining close and trustworthy relationships; * Supervise quality control activities at garment factories, formally reporting any constraints encountered; * Support subcontractor network profiling and source new partners, validating contacts and recording information in the ERP system; * Report order status for ongoing projects to the Production Manager and commercial team. Professional Profile * Technical/professional or higher education in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Production Management, or related field (equivalent experience accepted); * 2–8 years of experience in technical, production, or on-site coordination roles; * Experience in garment manufacturing or textile environments (preferred); * Valid driver’s license (mandatory) — role involves regular travel; * Knowledge of garment production cycle and basic quality control principles; * Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel proficiency; * Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem anticipation; * Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset; * Fluent Portuguese and professional-level English.
