What will you do?* Understand and analyze needs from the business team, proposing sustainable solutions aligned with the organization's strategic plan and converting them into detailed requirements and functional specifications; * Engage all relevant stakeholders in the process of defining and validating new requirements, assessing all potential impacts; * Validate specified features to ensure the quality of developments produced by the team and the adequacy of functionality to the expressed need; * Ensure implementation of new features and changes in the production environment; * Monitor the go-live process, compare impacts against expectations, and propose adjustments when necessary. What are we looking for?* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering; * Professional experience as a business analyst (mandatory, between 3 to 4 years); * Knowledge of SQL (mandatory); * Fluency in English; * Fluency in French (valued); * Previous experience in the banking sector (valued); * Knowledge of credit risk (valued); * Familiarity with SAS, Power BI, Tableau, Dataiku, Apache NiFi, and JIRA (valued); * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (valued); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
