To join the **Information Technologies Department**, we are seeking a professional based in **Porto**, who will assume, among others, the following responsibilities: * Provide end-user support (Help Desk); * Configure and maintain equipment; * Manage inventory; * Monitor and maintain systems; * Analyze issues, proactively resolve them, and document activities; * Develop manuals and FAQs; * Collaborate with other team members; * Train users. **Requirements and Competencies:** * Professional course in Information Technology or relevant higher academic qualification for this role, notably a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering; * Minimum of 2 years’ relevant professional experience; * Knowledge of operating system installation and configuration; * Knowledge of TCP/IP networks; * Equipment maintenance; * End-user support and communication skills; * Organizational and documentation skills, including ticket logging and manual development; * Ability to independently diagnose and solve problems; * Develop methods and tools to automate processes; * Proficient user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office; * English language proficiency.
