In response to numerous requests and customer suggestions, we designed a cleaner, more refined board with a different form factor, featuring a power LED on/off switch so it remains discreet during use. Another switch was added to the front of the board to enable/disable all IR LEDs. We rounded its shape to enhance visual appeal and usability. Additionally, we modified the pin headers to ensure seamless, reliable insertion into the Flipper Zero—eliminating any connection issues. Its sleek, flat profile has become our signature design. This is a high-performance board equipped with 16 premium-grade LEDs, delivering an exceptional experience when “playing” with it. :) Why did you make it this way? My original idea was to design the board for horizontal placement—a detail that always bothered me when I saw similar boards. I believe this orientation is ideal when you want to avoid drawing attention, and it was constantly on my mind throughout development. I aimed to make the board as compact as possible to remain inconspicuous during Flipper Zero use. It was also engineered for improved ergonomics. What makes it special? One of my primary concerns was minimizing power consumption. A low-power board significantly enhances usability, making operation far more comfortable and long-lasting.
