### **About the Role** We are looking for an experienced **HRIS System Administrator – Payroll** to join our client’s global HR operations team. This professional will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of **SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)** and **Employee Central Payroll (ECP)**. The role ensures the accuracy and efficiency of HR and payroll processes, maintaining compliance with local and global standards. As the system administrator, you will act as the **subject matter expert (SME)** for EC and ECP, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, and IT to ensure system stability, optimize workflows, and enhance user experience. You’ll also manage user permissions, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement new functionalities to support evolving business needs. ### **Requirements** * Administer and maintain **SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP**, ensuring smooth integration between HR and Payroll modules. * Configure and update business rules, workflows, permissions, and foundational objects. * Monitor data replication between EC and ECP to guarantee accuracy in payroll processing. * Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. * Develop and maintain system documentation, policies, and user guides. * Manage role\-based permissions and ensure data privacy compliance (GDPR). * Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and user satisfaction. * Support HR and Payroll teams with reporting, testing, and change management initiatives. * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. * **3\+ years of hands\-on experience** with **SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central** and **Employee Central Payroll**(ECP). * Proven expertise in system configuration, data integrity, and troubleshooting. * Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes and related compliance standards. * Experience in managing **Role\-Based Permissions (RBP)**, workflows, and business rules. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** and strong documentation abilities. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Fluent in English (written and spoken). ### **Nice to Have** * SAP SuccessFactors EC and/or ECP certification. * Experience in multi\-country or global HRIS environments. * Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules (Performance, Compensation, LMS, etc.). * Familiarity with GDPR and other data privacy regulations. ### **Benefits** ### **Why Join** This is a great opportunity to work on **global HR transformation projects** within a dynamic and international organization.
