Lead and coordinate the sales and marketing team The **Monumental Palace Hotel** is looking for its future **Commercial and Marketing Director** (M/F). You will develop a sales and communication strategy and be responsible for: * Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies aligned with the hotels’ objectives. * Leading and coordinating the sales and marketing team to ensure effective execution of strategies. * Analyzing the market and identifying new business opportunities and growth areas. * Managing and optimizing promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to maximize hotel visibility and appeal. * Guiding and supporting the sales and marketing team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. * Setting goals and KPIs for the team and monitoring performance to ensure achievement of established objectives. * Monitoring marketing and sales campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. * Analyzing market data and trends to adjust strategies as needed. * Collaborating with other departments, such as Front Office, Guest Relations, and Food & Beverage, to ensure successful execution of sales and marketing strategies. * Ensuring all departments are aligned with marketing and sales strategies and objectives. * Significant and successful experience in a similar role within an equivalent organizational structure; * Desire and motivation to join an ambitious and rapidly growing group; * Excellent knowledge of terminology and requirements specific to the luxury hotel sector; * Strong customer service orientation, along with special attention to detail and quality; * Management and leadership capabilities to support and develop your team; * Excellent command of the English language. **Key Competencies:** * Strategic sales and marketing management * KPI development and analysis * CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce) * Brand management and positioning * Budget planning and ROI analysis * Leadership, analytical thinking, and strategic vision * Goal-oriented, performance-driven, and customer-focused * Join a luxury hotel group, member of Leading Hotels of the World, Forbes Global Partner, and Virtuoso Preferred, where excellence, talent, and career development go hand in hand.
