You will collaborate with **multidisciplinary teams** in an **international environment** and contribute to **data\-driven initiatives** that improve **reporting, controls, and business performance**. **Job location:** Porto or Lisbon (Hybrid) **Contract type:** Employee **Target start date:** ASAP **Working hours:** Full\-time (40h/week) **Compensation:** €35,000 – €45,000/year **Note:** All applications (CVs) must be submitted in English. **Your Impact** --------------- In this role, you will: * Gather and analyse **business requirements** from stakeholders. * Translate **business needs into data workflows and reporting solutions**. * Develop **Dataiku workflows and reconciliation processes**. * Create impactful **Power BI dashboards and visualizations**. * Monitor **data quality** and perform **validation activities**. * Generate **actionable insights** to support **decision\-making**. * Support **compliance, controls, and operational reporting initiatives**. **What Makes This Role Challenging** ------------------------------------ * You will work with **complex and highly regulated datasets**. * Business requirements often evolve and require **adaptable solutions**. * **Data quality and reporting accuracy** are critical. * You will collaborate with both **business and technical stakeholders**. **What We’re Looking For** -------------------------- ### **Must\-haves** * Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field. * 3\+ years of experience in **Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Analytics**. * **Dataiku DSS experience**. * Strong **Power BI skills**. * Advanced **SQL knowledge**. * Experience with **data validation, reconciliation, and reporting**. * Strong **analytical and communication skills**. * Fluency in **English**. * Must be a **Portuguese or European citizen**, or hold a valid work permit for Portugal. ### **Nice\-to\-haves** * **Python**. * **Banking or Financial Services** experience. * **Data Governance exposure**. * Regulatory reporting knowledge. * **French language skills**. * **Alteryx or similar workflow automation tools.** **How Our Salary Ranges Work** ------------------------------ At Keyrus, salary ranges reflect **different levels of mastery and impact within the same role** — not different job titles. * **Bottom of the range** You meet the core requirements and will need ramp\-up time and support. * **Middle of the range** You are fully autonomous from Day 1 and deliver consistently. * **Top of the range** You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team.
