We have an experienced, solid, and **dynamic team** that will accompany you personally on your journey and **help you develop skills in our areas of expertise.** You will enjoy a wide and **flexible benefits package**, including health insurance, discounts and benefits, a telecommunications plan, and more. **PPM Coachers is recruiting for the position of Business Analyst \- SAP S4/Hana!** * Collaborating with departments across the Lead\-to\-Cash value chain to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for commercial processes. * Embedding requirements in the appropriate position within the end\-to\-end process design and ensuring cross\-functional alignment. * Evaluating existing commercial processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements supported by data\-driven insights. * Defining functional needs together with TPOs, ensuring a consistent global template for S/4HANA Sales and VIS applications. * Working with TPOs and IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that optimize sales and order management processes. * Ensuring proper integration between SAP SD, MM, FI/CO, SAP BTP services, Salesforce CRM, and customer\-facing applications. * Providing guidance on the implications of process changes to stakeholders across the organization. * Defining test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and expected outcomes aligned with business requirements. * Executing functional tests for SAP S/4HANA template enhancements and VIS\-managed application extensions. * Supporting the transition to rollout and go\-live teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and template readiness. * Facilitating communication between business areas, IT, and technical product teams to maintain alignment on goals, timelines, and dependencies. * Preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, risks, and recommendations. * Supporting project management activities to ensure delivery of improvements within timeline and budget. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role. * Strong technical knowledge in SAP SD, including proven experience in customizing (pricing, settlement management, order\-to\-cash flows, master data, output, etc.). * Solid understanding of integration points with MM and FI/CO. * Strong end\-to\-end business process knowledge (Lead\-to\-Cash) and ability to translate business needs into structured functional solutions. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills. * Experience with testing, documentation, and working in agile environments. * English at C1/C2 level; German proficiency is considered an advantage. **Certifications** * SAP S/4HANA Sales certification (highly preferred). * SAP Activate certification (optional but beneficial). * Salesforce Administrator certification (advantageous). * Agile / Scrum certification (nice to have). **Desirable Skills** * Experience with SAP BTP services and extensibility. * Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Azure services, or related technologies. * Data analysis capabilities using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide well\-founded recommendations. * Ability to explain technical concepts to non\-technical stakeholders. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. **Work location:** Lisbon **Work model:** Hybrid (1x)
