If you thrive in fast\-paced environments, love building relationships, and enjoy solving challenges with creativity and precision—this role is for you. ### **What You’ll Do:** * Recruit and onboard freelance linguists and localization experts. * Maintain and manage linguist databases, performance records, and contact info. * Support the Talent Management team with administrative tasks and communications. * Foster strong relationships with existing linguists and help resolve their queries. * Collaborate with project managers to forecast language resource needs. * Organize training and orientation sessions for new linguists. * Track recruitment effectiveness and suggest improvements. ### **What You Bring:** * Experience in international environments and multitasking with ease. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time management abilities. * A proactive mindset with a knack for navigating change and ambiguity. ### **Bonus Skills:** * Knowledge of translation/localization workflows and technologies. * Fluency in one or more non\-English languages. * Experience managing freelance linguist databases, contracts, and payments. * Background in language services—especially in life sciences—is a plus. * Familiarity with AI tools and Office applications. ### **Education \& Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in linguistics, business, HR—or 2\+ years in vendor management within the language services industry.
