About the Role We are looking for a Senior Database Administrator (DBA) with extensive experience in SQL Server administration and performance optimization. The professional will be responsible for managing and maintaining critical databases, ensuring high availability, data integrity, and optimized performance in on-premises and cloud (Azure) environments. Requirements Experience and Qualifications * Minimum of 10 years’ experience in SQL Server database administration roles. * Technical expertise in SQL Server OLTP environments. * Solid experience with AlwaysOn Availability Groups for high availability and disaster recovery. * Proven experience with Azure SQL and database administration in cloud environments. * Experience in performance analysis and optimization (query tuning, indexing, I/O). * Demonstrated experience troubleshooting application stacks (.NET and IIS). * High level of rigorous documentation control and attention to detail. * Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and analytical ability. Preferred * Knowledge of OLAP and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services). * Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and its related services.
