Opportunity to impact lives worldwide at Bial **Join Our Mission to Improve Lives Worldwide** The HR Operations Specialist is a full\-time position in the HR Department, based at Bial Headquarters in Porto and reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Operations. This role is responsible for performing tasks related with administrative people management in order to comply with mandatory legal demands and providing accurate data related to HR that serves Organizational purposes. **The Impact You’ll Make** * Collecting timesheet data and payroll information. * Entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs. * Support contract management. * Assist with contract management. * Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions. * Preparing and distributing income statements. * Responding to payroll\-related inquiries and resolving concerns. **The Impact You’ll Make** * Bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Business, Human Resources, Social Sciences, etc.). * Certified B2 level in English language. * 2\+ year of experience working in a similar role. * Experience in an international environment is a plus. * Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to work with a variety of internal stakeholders. * Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively. * Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. **Create Your Path@Bial** "*Every day at Bial is driven by a profound sense of purpose to transform the health and well\-being of patients globally.
