




We are strengthening the team of a client in the sports sector and are looking for a professional fluent in Italian, with an interest in customer support and an administrative background. **Responsibilities:** * Implement online sales strategies. * Analyze sales data, traffic, and consumer behavior. * Ensure a consistent and optimized user experience. * Manage the entire process from the first contact with the customer. * Meet quality and productivity targets. * Update and manage the customer database. **Profile:** * Proficiency in Italian (C2 level). * Experience in customer service or call centers (preferred). * Results-oriented with strong argumentation skills. * Availability Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. * Willingness to work on-site in Porto (Trindade). * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Excellent communication skills, dynamism, and team spirit. **Conditions:** * Competitive base salary and professional growth plan. * Guaranteed productivity bonus for the first 6 months, paid in the 7th month. * Meal allowance. * Paid initial training and ongoing support. * Integration into a solid project with strong development prospects.
