This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization committed to innovation and quality. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Support the development and updating of operational standards. \- Collect operation times on the shop floor. \- Support capacity studies and production line balancing. \- Collaborate in developing work instructions and flowcharts. \- Maintain up-to-date records of process technical data (standard times, sequences). \- Support internal audits regarding the maturity of implemented procedures and Lean methodologies. \- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, SMED). \- Support collection of data required for industrial costing. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering \- Additional training in Lean Manufacturing, Work Study, or Industrial Costing is highly valued. \- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial process engineering (work study, continuous improvement, or costing). \- Experience in an industrial environment (electromechanical, metal-mechanical, or industrial equipment manufacturers). \- Proficiency in industrial ERP systems. \- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills for data processing. \- Knowledge of work study principles. \- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and drawings. \- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts (5S, value streams, SMED). **What We Offer:** \- Integration into a stable project with growth prospects; \- Competitive remuneration aligned with demonstrated experience; \- Dynamic and collaborative work environment; \- Continuous training and mentoring; \- An additional vacation day on your birthday.
