




at our industrial unit in Ovar Your responsibilities • Ensure and coordinate information and reporting obligations according to legislative definitions, regulatory bodies, customers, suppliers and the KIRCHHOFF Automotive group; • Ensure and coordinate the integration of updates on new legislative requirements, regulatory bodies, standards, customers (CSR’s), suppliers and the KIRCHHOFF Automotive group (regarding risk management and KAPS); • Develop, define budgeting (revenues and costs) and investments for the multiannual budget, taking responsibility for their fulfillment, following a strategy of continuous cost reduction within the Integrated Management System; • Define KPIs and 4PCs (including statistical data analysis) aiming to establish auditable policies and methodologies for continuous improvement, sustainability and cost reduction, considering also the company's compliance regarding environmental and social responsibility; • Define and deliver training and awareness actions to ensure compliance, support and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System; • Define, coordinate and ensure auditor team training to guarantee compliance, support and improvement of the Integrated Management System; • Establish, ensure and coordinate the company's contingency plan; • Define and coordinate, based on Lean philosophy and aligned with KAPS, the structure and organization of the Integrated Management System’s documentation, considering alignment and interaction between local processes and global KA processes; • Align, articulate, define and coordinate with the HSE manager (and with responsible persons from other departments and services) the boundaries, responsibilities and interfaces related to the Integrated Management System (considering all points mentioned above); • Coordinate activities related to collection, treatment and/or disposal and recovery of waste and by-products, as well as control of gaseous, liquid emissions and noise, ensuring appropriate practices are used to strictly comply with legislation and the organization’s social responsibilities; • Ensure management and operation of specific equipment and/or equipment related to industrial emissions; • Clarify and assign responsibilities to interacting departments and services within KAEA_PT and KA (e.g. ME / CME; Industrial Engineering; Maintenance) regarding legal responsibilities and requirements, particularly environmental, energy and safety aspects, which new equipment and facilities must comply with, being able to directly manage environment and energy projects whenever required by their nature; • Be part of the energy management team. Your Profile \- Higher education degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry or similar fields; \- Two to five years of experience in similar roles, preferably in industry; \- Knowledge of automotive industry standard: IATF 16949 (preferred); \- Advanced knowledge of ISO 14001 standard and applicable environmental regulations; Knowledge of ISO 50001 standard (preferred). **Apply now!** **Send to a friend** **Questions** **Print**Your contact
