**Credit Recovery Specialists (M/F)** Lisbon \| Full\-Time \| Hybrid Model We are looking for professionals with experience in credit recovery and strong negotiation skills. **Responsibilities:** * Management of credit and financial asset portfolios; * Implementation of strategies for resolving litigious assets; * Negotiation of financial solutions with clients; * Telephone and face\-to\-face contacts; * Collaboration with legal representatives in recovery processes. **Profile:** * Proven experience in credit recovery (mandatory); * Knowledge of non\-performing loans (NPL) in banking credit (mandatory); * Strong negotiation skills and results\-oriented; * Proficient in Excel; * English language skills are an advantage; * Immediate availability. **Conditions:** * Employment contract with possibility of continuation; * Competitive salary package with bonuses; * Hybrid work model (**1 day per week on\-site – Monday**); * Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00, from Monday to Friday.
