We are hiring for the position of Technical Draftsperson to join our team! **Main responsibilities:** * Preparation and updating of 2D technical drawings for production; * Preparation and updating of 3D drawings; * Interpretation of sketches and 3D models to create technical documentation; * Technical support throughout product development, from concept to production; * Collaboration with design, production, and quality teams to ensure technical feasibility of projects; * Verification of compliance between technical drawings and production requirements as well as company standards; * Support in implementing improvements to technical and production processes. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in similar roles (preference given to candidates with experience in the furniture industry); * Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD software; * Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and assembly techniques; * Ability to read and produce detailed technical drawings; * Attention to detail, methodical approach, and technical rigor; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Residence in the Vale do Sousa region (preferred). **We offer:** * Full-time employment contract; * Health insurance; * Competitive salary commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
