**Warehouse Operator \_ Warehouse Operator (m/f/x)** The Warehouse Operator works in the Logistics Department to ensure a constant flow of complete and correct incoming and outgoing shipments, as well as maintaining internal records, performing the following tasks with the required levels of efficiency and accuracy. Main Responsibilities: \- Accurately pick and scan products \- Accurately pack products \- Maintain stock accuracy \- Control the FIFO (first in, first out) system when picking orders for the factory \- Properly store raw materials and finished goods \- Receive raw materials and perform inspections correctly \- Operate safely with forklifts, pallet trucks, work-assist vehicles (W.A.V.) and/or pallet jacks (only for certified operators) \- Correctly handle special instructions/orders \- Clean and maintain the warehouse area clean for employee health and safety \- Properly use the ERP system to transfer materials between locations, create pallets and shipments, check batches and stock locations, better understand system functionality, etc. \- Perform daily cycle counts. For this role you will need: \- Completed high school education (12th grade) \- Ability to read and understand documents such as safety regulations, operation and maintenance instructions, short correspondence and memos \- Computer literacy and good typing skills are required \- Ability to write simple correspondence and routine reports \- Ability to communicate effectively and present information individually and in small groups \- Basic knowledge of RF scanner systems \- D3 license or equivalent, allowing forklift operation \- Ability to manage your own time with a high degree of autonomy – time management \- Self-motivation and genuine interest in improving processes and relationships with internal customers \- Ability to work well in a team and be adaptable/flexible \- Attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions \- Understanding of the importance of customer focus \- Ability to lift/push/pull 20 kg when necessary \- Ability to stand, kneel, or crouch for extended periods \- Ability to reach above shoulder height \- Basic knowledge of ERP systems is desirable We are waiting for you!
