Your work will be essential to strengthen our mission and ensure our projects continue transforming lives. **Responsibilities and Tasks:** * Make calls to potential and existing donors; * Convert leads into new donors and reactivate donors who paused their contributions; * Present donation upgrade opportunities; * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system; * Contribute to the success of our campaigns through feedback and regular reports. **Profile:** * Previous experience in telemarketing or telephone sales is a plus; * Excellent communication and persuasion skills; * Results and goal-oriented; * Alignment with the values and mission of our NGO; **Conditions:** **Service periods:** 10:00\-15:00 / 14:00\-19:00 (part-time), on weekdays; **Work arrangement:** Hybrid (3 days onsite; 2 days remote); **Compensation:** Composed of a fixed amount calculated based on service hours, plus commissions for each SOS Friend acquired.
