




The Lux Hotels Group, a prestigious hotel chain comprising 5 hotels, stands out for its themed hotels and unique experience of quality and comfort. We are seeking to strengthen the Commercial Department by hiring a Revenue Manager. Function Objective Maximize the group's hotel revenues and profitability through the definition and implementation of pricing strategies, inventory and distribution management, based on market analysis, demand data, and performance across different units. Main Responsibilities: * Define and adjust room rates according to demand, seasonality, competition, and local events. * Manage room availability across different channels (website, OTAs, tour operators, GDS, corporate). * Prepare occupancy, revenue, and KPI forecasts (ADR, RevPAR, GOPPAR, RGI). * Present periodic reports to Management on performance and strategic recommendations. * Monitor competitors (price and performance benchmarking). * Analyze demand trends, online reputation, and customer behavior. * Define channel strategy to maximize margins (direct sales vs. OTAs). * Support the sales team in corporate contracts, MICE, and group bookings. * Collaborate with marketing in developing campaigns and packages. * Coordinate with F\&B, Spa, and other departments to optimize ancillary revenues. * Train front office and reservations staff on rate policies and upgrades. * Manage Revenue Management Systems (RMS), PMS, Channel Manager, and OTAs. * Develop dashboards and reports using analytical tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.). Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Economics, or related fields. * Previous experience in Revenue Management or commercial roles within the hospitality industry. * Advanced knowledge of Excel and BI tools. * Experience with PMS, RMS, and Channel Manager systems (preferred: Opera, Protel, Duetto, IDeaS, etc.). * Strong analytical skills, strategic vision, and results orientation. * Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are an asset). * Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. * Proactive profile with a results-driven mindset. * Resilience and adaptability in volatile markets.
