Your primary mission will be to maintain and optimize the performance of industrial equipment used in factory production, meeting targets for unplanned and planned downtimes, and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards. Join this team and come discover Nestlé! **WHAT YOU WILL DO …** * Conduct periodic inspections of industrial equipment, identify potential issues, wear, or failures, and carry out preventive actions to avoid unplanned production stoppages; * Diagnose problems in industrial equipment and perform repair or replacement of defective or damaged mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic components; * Participate in the installation and assembly of new industrial equipment, ensuring proper integration into the existing system and compliance with technical specifications; * Perform adjustments and calibrations on industrial equipment to ensure they operate within appropriate parameters and deliver accurate results; * Use electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals to assist in identifying and resolving issues with industrial equipment; * Collaborate with other team members such as engineers, technicians, and operators to ensure efficient operation of industrial equipment and adherence to safety and quality standards; * Ensure and participate in the implementation of Nestlé's continuous improvement methodologies and TPM; * Prepare reports related to maintenance activities; * Other duties related to the role. **ARE YOU THE ONE WE’RE LOOKING FOR?** * Secondary school education (completed 12th grade) and/or specialized technical education (CET level 5\) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles within an industrial environment (experience in the food industry is valued); * Availability to work rotating shifts in a continuous operation regime (mandatory); * Solid knowledge of industrial maintenance, equipment repair, control systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and/or electronic systems; * Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical diagrams and manuals; * Knowledge of TPM and continuous improvement methodologies; * User-level proficiency in Office tools and SAP/AMM (preferred); * Basic English language skills; * Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics; * Resilience and problem-solving ability; * Communication and teamwork skills; * Autonomy, adaptability, and proactivity.
