Your main mission will be to maintain and optimize the operation of industrial equipment used in factory production, achieving targets for unplanned and planned downtime while ensuring compliance with all relevant standards. Join this team and discover Nestlé! **WHAT YOU WILL DO …** * Conduct periodic inspections of industrial equipment, identify potential issues, wear, or failures, and carry out preventive actions to avoid unplanned production stoppages; * Diagnose problems in industrial equipment and perform repair work or replacement of defective or damaged mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic components; * Participate in the installation and assembly of new industrial equipment, ensuring correct integration into the existing system and operation according to technical specifications; * Perform adjustments and calibrations on industrial equipment to ensure operation within appropriate parameters and delivery of accurate results; * Use electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals to assist in identifying and resolving issues in industrial equipment; * Collaborate with other team members, such as engineers, technicians, and operators, to ensure efficient operation of industrial equipment and compliance with safety and quality standards; * Ensure and participate in implementing Nestlé’s continuous improvement methodologies and TPM; * Prepare maintenance-related reports; * Other activities related to the role. **ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?** * Secondary education (completed 12th grade) and/or specialized technical training (CET Level 5) in Mechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles within an industrial environment (experience in the food industry is valued); * Availability to work rotating shifts under a continuous operation regime (mandatory); * Solid knowledge of industrial maintenance, equipment repair, control systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity, and/or electronics; * Familiarity with reading and interpreting diagrams and technical manuals; * Knowledge of TPM and continuous improvement methodologies; * User-level proficiency in Office tools and SAP/AMM (preferred); * Basic English language skills; * High sense of responsibility and professional ethics; * Resilience and problem-solving ability; * Communication and teamwork skills; * Autonomy, adaptability, and proactivity.
