Inventory management, internal projects, and delivery logistics Main Responsibilities/Activities: Office and Store Management: Supervise all operational aspects of the office and store (procurement, equipment, maintenance, cleaning, etc.); Serve as the point of contact for suppliers and service providers; Ensure physical spaces reflect the company's image, with attention to cleanliness, organization, and presentation. Support for Sales Points (Future Expansion): Coordinate the installation and ongoing management of new sales points; Conduct periodic visits to these locations to ensure compliance with operational standards. Internal Operations and Logistics: Manage inventory of office and promotional materials; Coordinate small internal projects (e.g., minor renovations and repairs); Manage deliveries and shipments across the entire company, including document flow between units.
