🔖 I warmly invite you to playfully rediscover, feel, and perceive your body—without judgment, just as it is. 🤸✨ Through various movements, we will gently and mindfully explore together what it feels like to be present in the body, here and now. 🔖 In the 2nd week of Dec: Connecting with our bodies, we will explore the Earth element together 🔖 In the 3rd week: we will consciously rediscover the Air element. 🔖 What you need: \- an undisturbed, safe space \- something to drink \- a cushion or chair to sit on \- 1 hour of time just for yourself 🔖 The Zoom link will be shared after registration.
