It is hôma’s purpose to improve people’s lives through our way of working and relationship building; to help empower this mission, we need to grow our team by hiring a **Junior Developer**. **Mission:** Develop, maintain, and evolve digital solutions supporting the organization’s internal processes, leveraging Microsoft technologies and contributing to the continuous improvement of operations. **Your day-to-day responsibilities…** * Develop applications using Power Apps and .NET technologies; * Build automation workflows using Power Automate; * Participate in the evolution of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online solutions; * Develop integrations between applications via APIs and web services; * Collaborate on developing dashboards and Data Analytics solutions using Power BI; * Support Artificial Intelligence initiatives using Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure AI Services; * Ensure quality, documentation, and evolutionary maintenance of implemented solutions; * Collaborate with internal users during requirements analysis and solution design; * Work closely with various business areas, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. **What we value in your profile…** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, or equivalent field (preferred); * 2–4 years of professional experience in software development; * Fluency in English (mandatory); * Solid knowledge of C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; * Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online; * Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Power BI, Azure, Git, and Azure DevOps (advantageous); * Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams; * Organization, autonomy, and sense of responsibility; * Technological curiosity and eagerness to continuously learn; * Ability and willingness to document knowledge and share it with the team; **What we offer you…** * Integration into hôma’s Systems & Technologies Directorate; * Participation in strategic digital transformation projects; * Development of solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform and Artificial Intelligence; * Direct interaction with various business areas; * Collaborative, innovative environment oriented toward continuous learning; * Opportunities for technical and professional growth.
