Ensure clear communication of insights and project outcomes **Data Insight Project Lead \- Híbrido \- Porto** ------------------------------------------------- **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*** Drive continuous improvement of existing dashboards, ensuring relevance, usability and business impact * Lead discussions with business stakeholders to identify new data needs, insights opportunities and reporting requirements * Assess project complexity and support decision\-making regarding solution approaches and partner proposals * Manage data integration initiatives, including the creation and optimization of data pipelines in collaboration with technical teams * Design and deliver data insight mockups and dashboards aligned with business objectives * Launch and coordinate data science initiatives, working closely with data teams and external partners * Ensure clear communication of insights, results and project outcomes to both internal and client stakeholders * Monitor performance and adoption of delivered solutions, proposing improvements when needed ### **Requirements** * Degree in Data, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics or similar * Proven experience in project management within data or analytics environments * Strong understanding of data ecosystems, data modeling and analytics processes * Experience working with cross\-functional teams (business \+ technical) * Ability to translate business needs into data\-driven solutions * Experience in stakeholder management at multiple levels * Data Management \& Analysis * Data Modeling \& Design * Dashboarding \& Data Visualization (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) * Data Pipelines \& Integration * Basic knowledge of Data Science concepts and algorithms * Coding / Scripting knowledge (Python, SQL or similar – valued) **SOFT SKILLS** --------------- * Strong communication and storytelling with data * Stakeholder management and influence * Problem\-solving mindset * Proactive and results\-driven attitude * Ability to manage multiple priorities
