We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a **Cloud Security Analyst**. As an essential part of our Security Transformation team, you will be responsible for supporting the secure adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of Azure cloud environments. We are looking for a professional with strong expertise in cloud security, risk assessment, compliance, and secure cloud architecture. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience * Minimum of 2 years of experience in **Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, Infrastructure, or related technical roles** * Foundational knowledge of **Microsoft Azure services**, cloud computing concepts, and Azure security capabilities * Understanding of **cloud security principles, risk assessment methodologies, and security control validation** * Knowledge of **cloud governance, compliance, and security frameworks** * Familiarity with **Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM)** solutions * Basic understanding of **CI/CD processes** and cloud security best practices * Experience collaborating with infrastructure, engineering, and DevOps teams * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills * Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders * **Fluent in English (C1 or above)**, with excellent written and verbal communication skills **Responsibilities** * Support business and technology projects by providing cloud security expertise throughout the project lifecycle * Conduct security assessments and architecture reviews to validate security requirements and identify risks * Perform cloud compliance assessments and gap analyses against organizational standards and policies * Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of secure Azure cloud architectures * Define, maintain, and promote Azure security baselines, hardening standards, and security best practices * Assess cloud services and workloads to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies * Support the implementation of security controls across Azure environments and CI/CD pipelines * Conduct risk assessments and provide actionable remediation recommendations * Collaborate with Infrastructure, Development, and DevOps teams to embed security into cloud solutions * Monitor cloud security posture and support remediation activities identified through CSPM findings * Configure and maintain Azure Policies to enforce governance and security controls * Support the adoption and enforcement of cloud governance standards across the organization * Stay current with emerging cloud security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends **Nice to Have** * Hands\-on experience with **Azure** cloud environments * Experience with **CSPM** solutions and cloud security monitoring * Experience performing cloud security assessments and secure architecture reviews * Knowledge of Azure Policy configuration and governance controls * Familiarity with cloud hardening practices and security baseline development * Understanding of cloud risk management and remediation processes * Experience implementing security controls within CI/CD pipelines * Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and secure software delivery practices * Relevant **certifications** such as: + Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ\-900\) + Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ\-104\) + Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ\-500\) **Additional Information** **Location:** Lisbon (hybrid) **Travel:** Flexibility to travel within Europe as required for project activities and stakeholder engagements.
