Mandatory criteria for selecting and shortlisting candidates for interview: * Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Psychology, Education Sciences or similar fields; * Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in DGERT\-accredited vocational training projects; * Experience using the SIGO platform, learning management systems (Forinsia, Moodle), and Artificial Intelligence tools; * Immediate availability; * Proficiency in English (C2\). Main responsibilities: * Provide support in training management and pedagogical coordination; * Conduct pedagogical management, including gathering information from trainees, trainers, lecturers, and institutional partners; * Monitor training programmes throughout their lifecycle: design, development, implementation, and evaluation; * Oversee and coordinate the preparation of training needs assessments; * Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of the annual training plan, as well as the preparation of training reports; * Collaborate with training entities and institutional partners, contributing to the promotion of the educational offer; * Organise and operationalise training activities, including contacts, supplier management, materials coordination, among other tasks.
