




Key Responsibilities for this Position ● Extensive diary and calendar management; coordination of day\-to\-day operations and business activities for senior management; ● Organizing and supporting meetings, travel arrangements, bookings, and event planning (internal and external); ● Acting as the primary point of contact with external service providers such as lawyers, banks, auditors, vendors, and others; ● Supporting senior leadership in ongoing projects, meetings, and decision\-making processes; ● Leading recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate coordination to the execution of employment agreements, onboarding, training, leave management, and integration programs; ● Managing employee records, maintaining HR databases, and supporting internal HR analysis; ● Overseeing the organization internal regular meetings and team events; ● Supporting offi ce operations including document handling, drive registration, physical offi ce management, and subscriptions; ● Supporting visa, insurance, and employee mobility processes; ● Collaborating with internal teams to identify and implement new technologies and operational strategies that enhance effi ciency and align with company goals; Coordinating with partners, stakeholders, and companies on contracts, proposals, and ongoing partnerships; ● Ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment while promoting a collaborative and productive workplace. Required Skills and Experience ● A bachelor's degree in business administration, fi nance, or a related fi eld ● Minimum 1 years of experience; ideally in project management, administration, or operational functions in an international organization. ● Profi ciency in MS Offi ce, including Word Excel and PowerPoint ● Clear thinking, disciplined, deadline oriented, attention to detail and self\-driven ● Ability to analyze complex data and make sound recommendations ● Excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills ● Ability to work in a highly collaborative, multi\-cultural environment with various stakeholders ● Ability to multitask and prioritize in an extremely fast paced environment and to remain calm under pressure and be flexible to changing priorities Job Type: Full\-time Pay: 1,200\.00€ \- 1,500\.00€ per month
