Functions: * Carry out maintenance activities on rolling stock related to general overhaul operations and associated workshop equipment. Requirements * Availability to work under a rotating shift schedule and rotating days off (mandatory); * Minimum education level of 9th grade in Electricity / Electromechanics or Electrical Engineering (preferential); * Physical and psychological fitness for the role (mandatory); * Valid driver's license (preferential); * Critical, rigorous, constructive and cooperative mindset; * Sense of responsibility, autonomy and proactivity; * Commitment to continuous learning and improvement; * Teamwork; * Productivity and efficiency; * Compliance with safety regulations.
