Responsibilities: \- Management and supervision of civil construction projects; \- Develop work plans regarding scheduling, methods, resources, and quality of work; \- Ensure defined objectives are met; \- Enforce instructions established in work plans; \- Execute tasks within agreed timelines with clients; \- Comply with and enforce legal standards, current regulations, hygiene, and workplace safety; \- Supervise all phases of construction projects, from budget review and planning to project completion. Main Requirements: \- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering; \- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles; \- Strong sense of responsibility and goal orientation; \- Good leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills; \- Advanced knowledge of Office, AutoCAD, and Project; \- Solid skills in interpreting and reading civil construction plans; \- High sense of responsibility and organization; \- Attendance and punctuality; \- Commitment; \- Immediate availability (preferred).
