Independently or as part of a team, drafting opinions and projects of varying complexity levels, and performing other activities providing general or specialized support in the common, instrumental and operational areas of agencies and services. Functions performed with technical responsibility and autonomy, even if under qualified higher supervision. Specific Functions: functions related to the areas of sustainable mobility, urban rehabilitation and regeneration, functional requalification of collective facilities and improvement of public spaces, energy efficiency, cultural and natural heritage, and collectively used facilities, particularly pre\-school, basic and secondary education, sports and social facilities, specifically regarding: A) Operational Management of the Territorial Development and Cohesion Agreement: * Providing input for the preparation of reference documents (regulations, selection criteria, technical and management guidelines, etc.) and analysis tools; * Providing input for drafting calls for proposals; * Providing clarifications to the general public regarding infrastructure competitions under the responsibility of the Comunidade Intermunicipal. B) Monitoring the application process for operations under the Territorial Development and Cohesion Agreement: * Analyzing applications submitted for co-financing regarding admission conditions and technical and financial aspects, based on applicable regulatory frameworks and using current analysis tools; * Preparing comprehensive analyses for each phase of funding program calls and their respective reports. C) Implementation of operations under the Territorial Development and Cohesion Agreement: * Participating in verification/analysis of infrastructure Payment Requests: administrative, technical and physical aspects, based on applicable regulatory frameworks and using current analysis tools; * Technical monitoring of project implementation, particularly monitoring achievement and results indicators, assessing compliance with the "do no significant harm" principle, analyzing reprogramming requests; * Participating in follow-up visits/verification actions/inspections/technical audits of projects (physical and administrative components).
