In this role you will: * Providing B2B and B2C customer support through multiple channels * Primarily resolving inquiries via inbound calls * Performing backoffice tasks, including responding to emails and chats, and using internal applications * Providing support for multiple products across multiple markets **To be successful in this role, the following is needed:** * C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in Spanish * B2 level or above written and spoken proficiency in English * Availability to work 5 days per week (Saturdays and Sundays included) * Availability to work by shift rotation on a 24/7 schedule * Good computer skills (required) * Ability to generate empathy in written form * Analytical mindset to diagnose and troubleshoot issues * Ability to manage time and meet goals **What Life at Transcom is like!** At Transcom, we’re relentlessly committed.
