We are looking for a ERP Quality Assurance Lead to join the team of our client \- a reference company in the retail sector who is creating a new IT Hub in Portugal. What will be your main tasks and responsibilities? * Define and own the ERP QA framework, standards, and governance for the new ERP and cross\-functional modules. * Ensure that requirements are traceable to test cases, test results, and defect logs. * Coordinate and monitor the work of the dedicated testing team, SI testers, and business users during UAT. * Facilitate defect triage, prioritization, and escalation, ensuring business\-critical issues are addressed. * Produce QA dashboards and quality status reporting for the Head of ERP and Steering Committee. * Ensure ERP quality processes support audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements. * Drive continuous improvement of QA practices across ERP waves and releases. What is required from you? * Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Information Systems or other similar areas; * Minimum 05 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with ERP project exposure; * Previous experience with SAP (S4/Hana) will be valued, with understanding of SAP S/4HANA testing lifecycle (unit, integration, regression, UAT); * Strong knowledge of ERP QA frameworks and quality governance; * Familiarity with QA and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Solution Manager); * Previous exposure to global rollouts and implementations, as well as in coordinating distributed testing teams and vendors will be valued; * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; * Analytical and structured approach with attention to detail; * Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
