If you are enthusiastic about making a meaningful difference and being part of a collaborative and innovative environment, we would love to hear from you. **As a Non\-Life Reserving Analyst for Zurich Portugal, you will:** * Support actuarial analyses, including technical reserves calculations and cash flow projections. * Assist in automating and improving the reserving and financial reporting processes. * Help ensure processes and standards align with Zurich’s internal actuarial policies and guidelines, as well as existing regulations. * Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to ensure the accuracy and adequacy of the balance sheet and profit and loss statements. * Contribute to portfolio\-specific reserving analyses and share findings with the Team, with Finance and other business functions. **Qualifications and required profile:** * Basic understanding of reserving methods and concepts. * Fluent in English and Portuguese, both spoken and written. * A University degree in mathematics, actuarial sciences, statistics, or a related field. * Interest in pursuing an actuarial qualification (or already progressing towards one). * Familiarity with Reserving, data management and programming tools (e.g., ResQ, R, SQL, SAS, Python) is an advantage. * Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines. * A Team player with enthusiasm, proactive, curiosity, and a positive attitude. **Why Zurich?** * A purpose\-driven company focused on sustainability, innovation, and inclusion. * A collaborative culture that values your individuality and ideas. * Opportunities to grow and make a real impact on a global scale.
