Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Maia **Requirements:** * Degree in Economics, Management or Accounting * Up to 3 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Accounting or Back Office area * B2 English level mandatory * Knowledge in Ms Office Suite, particularly Excel (basic functions and pivot tables) and any SAP knowledge would be a plus * Analytical thinking and high level of accuracy * Proactive and reliable person **Responsibilities:** * Ensure the liquidity management and comply with payment obligations of Sonae Sierra’s owner and service companies; * Periodically control and analyze company petty cash funds, cash flow forecasts and supplier/client current bank accounts; * Process supplier payments, advance payments, tenant clearings and other miscellaneous postings * Supplier and tenant’s attendance and clarification of questions; * Prepare intercompany balances reconciliation and follow up; * Liaise with external providers, banks and financial institutions for the execution of flows of funds, account openings and KYC processes At Sonae Sierra, we are committed to creating a workplace that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
