REF: ACA/DO/MEC Porto, Portugal In the context of expanding its operations, Grupo ACA seeks to strengthen its Production Department by hiring: **Construction Director (Electromechanical Engineering) – National (m/f)** **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage AVAC construction projects in accordance with project and client specifications; * Submit ongoing/periodic production and billing reports; * Manage human and mechanical resources deployed on construction contracts; * Assume technical responsibility for construction execution; * Prepare construction reports and measurement reports, as well as management control reports (production, billing); * Prepare the final construction report; **Required Profile:** * Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field; * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles; * Solid proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project software; * Proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills; * Leadership ability and capacity to work effectively in teams; * Willingness to travel nationwide whenever required; **We Offer:** * Integration into a dynamic team and a multinational corporate environment; * Opportunities for professional learning and development; * Compensation commensurate with the demands of the role;
