In order to strengthen our administrative team, we are seeking a candidate qualified and experienced in administrative assistance. **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor’s degree in Management or Secretarial Studies. * Strong sense of responsibility; * Proficiency in English (mandatory) + Spanish (an advantage); * Solid knowledge of Excel; * Immediate availability to assume responsibilities. **Responsibilities:** * Managing the billing system (invoices, credit notes, receipts, etc.); * Handling back-office purchasing operations integrated with the online B2B platform; * Organizing accounting documentation; * Managing internal documentation; * Managing email and correspondence; **Profile:** * Ability to work under pressure; * Knowledge of accounting and administrative functions; * Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and Numbers; * Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics; * Professional and highly discreet; **Working Hours:** * 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break); * Fully on-site position, at our office in Madalena – Vila Nova de Gaia. **Benefits:** * Employment contract; * Opportunity to join a company with solid growth prospects; * Career progression and development plan, based on achieved objectives.
