Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lawyer to provide legal advisory services to clients, draft legal documents, and represent clients in judicial and administrative proceedings, within an environment characterized by rigor and excellence. Lawyer Main Responsibilities: * Providing legal advisory services to private individuals and companies; * Drafting and reviewing contracts, legal opinions, and other legal documents; * Litigating and managing judicial and administrative proceedings; * Representing clients before courts, public entities, and private organizations; * Attending client meetings and negotiating legal solutions; * Monitoring legislative and jurisprudential developments. Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law; * Active membership in the Portuguese Bar Association; * Strong sense of responsibility, rigor, and professional ethics; * Excellent oral and written communication skills; * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and capacity to manage priorities; * Initiative, autonomy, and teamwork spirit; * Proficiency in user-level computer applications (Microsoft Office); * English language proficiency (preferred); * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (preferred).
