Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar * Master’s and/or PhD in AI, Data Science, or another relevant technological field * More than 4 years of experience as an AI/ML Developer * Strong programming skills (Python and/or other programming languages, Git, SQL, etc.) * Advanced expertise in developing and deploying AI applications using Azure (Azure AI Functions, Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML, Azure AI Search, Azure Databricks, etc.) or other cloud platforms * Advanced experience with LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, and RAG architectures * Experience integrating major GenAI text, audio, video, etc. generation models/solutions into applications * Experience with NLP, deep\-learning frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow \+ HF Transformers), and other ML models * Experience in MLOps (developing pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, model training/finetuning, and deployment) * German language proficiency is an advantage * Fluency in Portuguese Key Responsibilities * Design solutions and architecture, and coordinate AI application development * Guide and mentor junior developers, and coordinate the dissemination and use of AI tools within the company * Stay up to date with AI trends and new developments * Lead product development initiatives from concept to implementation * Collaborate directly with clients to understand challenges and translate them into technical solutions * Experiment with emerging technologies, applying them to real business needs * Contribute to product strategy, ensuring innovation is central to every solution * Develop as a future technology leader, gaining experience in both technical depth and customer-focused strategy * This role plays a key part in defining and delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive product development and client success.
