**LBC** is a strategic consulting, digital transformation, and talent development company, with experience in **over 1,200 projects across 18 countries, 17 sectors, and 20 multilateral organizations** such as the World Bank, United Nations Development Programme, European Union, African Development Bank, among others. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar * Master’s and/or PhD in AI, Data Science, or another relevant technological field * More than 4 years of experience as an AI/ML Developer * Strong programming skills (Python and/or other programming languages, Git, SQL, etc.) * Advanced expertise in developing and deploying AI applications using Azure (Azure AI Functions, Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML, Azure AI Search, Azure Databricks, etc.) or other cloud platforms * Advanced experience with LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, and RAG architectures * Experience integrating into applications the main GenAI models/solutions for text, audio, video generation, etc. * Experience with NLP, deep-learning frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow + HF Transformers), and other ML models * Experience in MLOps (developing pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, model training/finetuning, and deployment) * German language proficiency is an advantage * Fluent in Portuguese **Main responsibilities** * Design AI solutions and architecture, and coordinate AI application development * Guide and mentor junior developers, and lead the dissemination and adoption of AI tools within the company * Stay updated on AI trends and latest developments * Lead product development initiatives from concept to implementation * Collaborate directly with clients to understand challenges and translate them into technical solutions * Experiment with emerging technologies, applying them to real business needs * Contribute to product strategy, ensuring innovation is central to every solution * Grow as a future technology leader, gaining experience in both deep technical expertise and client-focused strategy * This role plays a key part in defining and delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive product development and customer success.
