We are currently seeking a Construction Site Safety Coordinator and Quality, Environment and Social Responsibility Manager (m/f) to join our team in the Arouca region. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Monitoring works under your responsibility, based on the tender specifications and applicable legislation; * Analysis and validation of the Safety and Health Plan (DPSS) and submission of the opinion to the Design Office (DO); * Monitoring the development and modifications of the Safety and Health Plan or Safety Procedure Sheets, and proposing appropriate adjustments to the executing entity whenever necessary; * Technical analysis and validation of Special Risk Work Plans (PTREs), site layout plans, and temporary signage plans; * Conducting control checks on companies, workers, and equipment; verifying, validating, archiving documentation on the server, and submitting opinions to the executing entity; * Opening and handling non-conformities; * Organizing periodic safety meetings and preparing and disseminating respective minutes; * Participating in the preparation of the Monthly Report; * Analyzing the causes of accidents occurring on site. What will help you grow in this position? * Higher education degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Quality Management (preferred); * Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician (CAP Level 6 or higher); * Minimum 5 years of professional experience in construction supervision and contract monitoring; * Dynamic and proactive profile; * Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationships; * Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
