




Job Impulse is recruiting an Operational Administrator (M/F/D) for a client in Maia. Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, from 08:00 to 17:00 Responsibilities: • Liaising with customers and suppliers; • Monitoring orders placed by customers; • Resolving loading-related issues; • Administrative management of files according to defined procedures; • Resource management and budget execution in accordance with commercial agreements. Requirements: • Technical or administrative/logistics education preferred; • Prior experience in administrative or logistics roles (valued); • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); • Knowledge of English; • Strong communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills; • Proactive, dynamic profile with ability to work effectively in a team.
