Opportunity for professional development Golden Project Consulting Lda., a company with over 18 years of market experience providing services in accounting, human resources, and compliance with administrative and tax obligations, headquartered in Vila Nova de Gaia, seeks to strengthen its team by hiring a Management Auditor/Controller to join its consulting, management control, internal audit, and economic\-financial support areas for companies. Main Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for: * Analysis of financial statements; * Preparation of economic\-financial reports; * Review of trial balances, balance sheets, and income statements; * Support for monthly and annual financial closings; * Development of management control dashboards; * Analysis of variances, margins, EBITDA, cash flow, and financial ratios; * Review of accounting and internal control procedures; * Support in preparing reports for boards of directors, management teams, banks, and external entities; * Support in corporate restructuring, business recovery, PER (Enterprise Recovery Plan), and insolvency processes; * Implementation of reporting tools and improvement of internal processes. Required Profile: * Higher education degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Auditing, or related field; * Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing, management control, accounting, or financial consulting; * Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial analysis; * Advanced proficiency in Excel; * Knowledge of TOConline or similar software; * Critical analytical skills and ability to interpret financial information; * Strong communication and technical writing skills; * Rigor, autonomy, organization, and sense of responsibility; * Ability to work under tight deadlines and across diverse industry sectors. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in accounting firms, audit firms, or consulting firms; * Knowledge of Power BI; * Experience working with SMEs; * Familiarity with corporate restructuring or insolvency processes; * Registration with the Order of Certified Accountants; * Ability to prepare financial reports supporting decision-making.
