**ABOUT THE ROLE** ------------------ As an IT Infrastructure \& Systems Administrator, you’ll join Preh Portugal (Trofa) to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in maintaining systems that support our global automotive operations, while driving efficiency through automation, maintenance, and compliance.**THE CHALLENGES IN FRONT OF YOU:** ----------------------------------- * Install, configure, and maintain servers, systems, and applications. * Manage virtualization environments and automate routine processes. * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution. * Perform and monitor data backups, disaster recovery, and failover procedures. * Prepare technical documentation and contribute to infrastructure planning. * Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and system optimizations. * Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. * Apply 5S methodology and support continuous improvement initiatives. **WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:** -------------------------------- You're more than your resume \- you're passionate for excellence, proactive, and growth\-minded.
