We are recruiting the following profile: Business Analyst (M/F) – Porto The profile we are looking for:  Higher education degree in Computer Engineering or similar;  Experience managing the Global Market Data Box, ensuring timely processing and follow\-up of all requests;  Experience maintaining and updating the Market Data user inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance;  Ability to respond within agreed SLAs to tickets related to user creation, cancellation, and transfers;  Experience acting as a point of contact between the external service provider and teams to support problem resolution;  Ability to collaborate with the external service provider to resolve and ensure accurate validation of billing inquiries;  Fluent English.
