




Carry out activities and tasks related to the Safety area, under the coordination of the OSH Coordinator, contributing to minimising respective risks and ensuring compliance with current regulations to guarantee renewal of certification and operational licences; Support implementation of internal procedures related to occupational safety and health, aiming at efficient process operation, such as risk identification and mitigation, risk dissemination through training sessions, development of emergency plans, auditing, and improvement of working conditions; Support updating, recording, and maintaining information associated with the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment and Safety; Monitor ongoing construction works and tasks carried out by external service providers, ensuring compliance with internal safety procedures and applicable legislation; Monitor execution of special-risk tasks performed at Resulima’s facilities; Collaborate in producing necessary information for developing, proposing and monitoring the Activity Plan, as well as consolidating and preparing supporting data for reporting and monitoring the area. **Job Requirements and Competency Profile** * 12th grade or higher education in Engineering (preferred); * CAP Level IV (mandatory); * 2–3 years’ professional experience in Safety; * Availability for rotating shifts, according to production schedules; * Knowledge of Environmental and Quality Management (preferred); * Knowledge of specific legislation; * Proficiency in MS Office tools; * Teamwork; * Preference for fieldwork / shop-floor environment; * Planning and organisation. **Location:** Barcelos (Paradela)
